Obituary for Chris “Chip” Hulgan Jr. Chris “Chip” Hulgan, Jr., 51, of Beaumont, Texas passed away Friday, October 5, 2018. He was born in Nederland, Texas on July 14, 1967 to Chris Dwain Hulgan, Sr. and Margaret Bienvenu Cochran. He worked for Starcrest Apartments in the maintenance department.

Those left to cherish Chip’s memory are his parents, Margaret Cochran of Nederland and Chris Dwain Hulgan, Sr. of Dallas; his sons, Noah and Jonah Hulgan; his daughters, Willa and Savannah Hulgan; his brothers, Jeff Hulgan and Andrew Cochran; his sisters, Sabrina and Rebecca Hulgan; and his dog, Bella. He is preceded in death by his son, John Castillo; and his grandparents, Pat and Martial Bienvenu and Jerry and Joe Hulgan. A memorial service will be held at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 10:30 p.m., Bro John Morgan officiating.
