Chris’ Obituary Chris Flaigg, age 31 of Vale SD, died Saturday, May 25, 2019 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Nisland. A celebration of his life will be held 11 to 4pm Saturday June 1st at the Vale Community Center. Following, there will be a gathering at the home of Mabel Flaigg.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred Funeral arrangements are with Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills in Belle Fourche. Chris Flaigg was born January 12, 1988 in Rapid City, SD. He was the son of Rachelle Lyons and Rick Young.

Chris grew up in the Newell and Vale areas, and attended school in Newell. Chris is survived by his mother, Rachelle Lyons of Colorado; sister, Jessi of Belle Fourche; brothers, Ty of Sturgis, Tristian of Arizona, Shane of Colorado; and grandmothers, Linda Bohnet of Vale, Mabel Flaigg of Vale, and Viola Chiller of Sturgis.
