Christopher “Chris” D. Thomazin: 37, of Elkhorn, WI died unexpectedly Thursday September 6, 2018 at his residence. He was born February 22, 1981 in Manhattan, Kansas the son of Curtis W. and Carla K. (Marchant) Thomazin. Chris was employed with Accurate Housing Systems of East Troy, WI.

He enjoyed the great outdoors, hunting, fishing and auto racing. His greatest joy was his children; he loved to spend time with them. He is survived by his Fiancée, Amanda L. Sanders, five children: Makayla, Alexis, Kenzie, Bryson Thomazin and Kayden Welch.

His father; Curt (Erlene) Thomazin of Mason City IA, his mother; Carla Thomazin of Mason City, IA, three sisters; Tiffany (Gary Preteroti Jr.) Thomazin of Forest City, IA, Shannon (Jason) Bruce of Elkhorn, WI, Shauna(Corey Francke) Johnson of Elkhorn, WI, two brothers; Wesley (Bradi) Theilen of Mason City, IA and Michael (Abby Adams) Nedeau of Elkhorn, WI and by his grandfather: Ron Gettman of Mason City, IA and by a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Robert Thomazin Jr. and Joan Gettman, maternal grandmother: Arlene Langhoff and his nephew Ryan Johnson. Memorial service will be 7:00 PM Tuesday September 11, 2018 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N. Wisconsin Street Elkhorn, WI with Rev.

Dr. Scott McLeod officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until time of service. On-line guestbook is at www.
