Min. Christopher Martin Daniels A homegoing service for Minister Christopher Martin Daniels, who passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019, will be held Saturday, May 18, 2019, 11:00 a.m. at the Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. , Rev.

Eugene Greene, officiating with Rev. Ronnie Murray, eulogist. A private interment will follow.

Chris was born in Tampa, Florida on March 8, 1965, to Rev. Dr. Hosea L. and Mrs. Jennie Daniels. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County.

Chris had a love for sports, excelling in basketball throughout the city. He also had a love for fishing and cooking, insisting that no one could “out barbeque” him. He is survived by wife, Sharon Daniels; children, Ralph Briggs, Victoria Daniels, Christopher Daniels Jr., Jenelle Daniels and Martin Daniels; grandchildren, Jamarus, Jai’sean, Christ’ani, Margene’, Emani and Geoffrey (DJ); step-daughter, Sharinita Hester; parents, Rev.

Dr. Hosea and Jennie Daniels; brothers, Hosea Daniels, Jr. (Ardra) and Keith Daniels (Daphyne); sisters, Angelia Daniels and Tasnee D. Gardner (Rev. Dr. Kendrix); mother-in-law, Mozelle Hester; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, May 17th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.
