Obituary for Christopher W. Gates Christopher W. Gates Passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 29, 2018. Born in Santa Monica, California the son of Greg and Debra (nee Ott) Gates; Dear Brother of Nicholas (Desiree) Gates, Fond Uncle of Delilah and Everleigh Gates; Loving Grandson of Beverly (the late Fred) Koklay, Nancy (Thomas) Tarkowski and Kay Gates, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also mourn his passing. Preceded in death his paternal grandfather, George J. Gates and maternal grandfather, Melvin L. Ott.

A Graduate of Minooka Community High School, a member of The Village Christian Church, Minooka and a lover of the outdoors and fishing. According to Chris’s wishes Cremation Rites have been accorded and no services will take place. Arrangements under the direction of The Maple Funeral Home.
