Christy was born in Fort Worth on Monday, February 23, 1959 to Oliver and Fannie Givens. She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Fannie Givens; and brother, Monty Givens.

Survivors: Son, Mark Garrett; daughter, Lillian Drozda; sister, Deana Hurst; numerous extended family members and friends. She will be at the pearly gates riding her Harley when we see her again. She will be missed by all that knew her, but we know you are resting in the arms of our Creator.
