OBITUARY Clara Jeanette Payton October 7, 1934 – November 24, 2018 Payton, Clara, age 84, of Blountsville, AL passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Payton, son, Huey Payton and grandson Joseph Wingo. Ms. Payton is survived by her daughter, Annette Lee (Chris), sons, Timmy Payton (Cathy) and Ronnie Payton (Debra), sisters, Frances Batson and Carrie Laman, brothers, Joseph Nichols and James Nichols, 8 grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Leeds Congregational Holiness Church at 2:00PM with burial to follow at Dunnavant Community Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at the church beginning at 1:00PM. Kilgroe Funeral, Leeds to direct services.
