Pat Lightsey Ford, age 72, of Boaz, passed away Monday, February 18, 2019 at her home. The family has elected cremation,a memorial service will be held at a later date. She is survived by her children, Jason Lightsey, Tracey Short (Jason), and Donna Richardson, grandchildren, Carley Short, Brayden Richardson, Abby Short and Brylee Richardson, brother, James Lightsey (Jean) and sister, Kathy Smith (Jimmy).
