Obituary of Clara Lee LEE CLARA PATRICIA (BAACKE) Of Swissvale, was called home to the Lord on Sunday, July 22, 2018, in the Hempfield Manor Care Home, after a courageous two-year battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 5, 1942 in Braddock to Delbert and Josephine Baacke. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Barbara; and a brother, Charles.

She is survived by her children, Linda (Mike) Cotyk, William (Tammy) Potter and Brooke Kennedy (Anthony) Brugiroux. Also survived by her two grandchildren, Samantha and Shawn Potter; and a step-granddaughter, Marissa. Also survived by her great-grandson, Ryder “Bug”, who could instantly put a smile on her face.

She is survived by her brothers, George, Dave, Delbert, James and John; and sisters, Alverna and Sandy; as well as several nieces and nephews. Pat was known to love the sun and beach. Everyone who met her or came to know her loved her, and she loved them right back.

She was a classy lady, who took pride in her appearance and loved to decorate her apartment. She was a caring person with a kind spirit who loved the Lord. She always said she didn’t have much in material wealth, however, her three children were her greatest joy.

She was a loving and caring mother who will be missed dearly. Friends and family received 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. SATURDAY ONLY at the THOMAS L. NIED FUNERAL HOME, INC. , 7441 Washington St., Swissvale.

A service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Dr., Pgh. , PA 15205. www.
