Obituary Mr. Clark V. Howell, Jr., age 71, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Close To Home Assisted Living. The son of the late Clark and Edelle (Edson) Howell, he was born on August 27, 1947 in Flint. Clark graduated from Bay City Central High School, Class of 1966 and then Saginaw Valley State University.

He was a sales rep at Tri-City Welding Supply and retired from Airgas in 2010. Clark was an active member of Immanuel Lutheran Church where he served as an Elder.
