Cleo Celia Fogle, 78, of Hanover, PA, entered God’s eternal care, Monday, February 4, 2019 at home with her loving family by her side. Born March 7, 1940, in Muskegon, MI, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Louetta (Wimmer) Deal, and niece of her special aunt, Dorothy Mastenbrook, of Muskegon, MI, who raised her like a daughter. Cleo was the loving wife of Alton M. “Toby” Fogle with whom she shared over fifty-eight years of marriage.

Cleo was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Hanover, PA. Cleo was retired, having worked for Snyder’s, Inc. for ten years in the outlet store, and for Doubleday Co. for ten years as a bookbinder. Cleo loved bowling, watching movies and spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her loving husband, Toby, Cleo is survived by two children, Richard R. Fogle and companion Vicki Kuchtika, Theresa L. Haggerty and husband Scott, all of Hanover, PA; five grandchildren, Dana Kieffer and husband Brent, Stephanie McVicker and husband David, Jordan Roscoe and wife Ashley, Benjamin Fogle and wife Michelle, and Colby Haggerty; three step-grandchildren, John Kuchtiak, Jr. and wife Karlee, William Kuchtiak, and Angeleah Kuchtiak; nine great-grandchildren, Grace Wolf, Hope Arnold, Johnny Kuchtiak, Korbin Kuchtiak, Bentley Fogle, Harper Fogle, Amber McVicker, D.J. McVicker, Kaisley Kuchtiak, Jade Guerin, and Jackson Roscoe; three brothers, Jack Chumley and James Mastenbrook both of Muskegon, MI, and William Chumley of Twin Lake, MI, and Carroll Wynn of Muskegon, MI; and two sisters of Carol Wynn and Maryann Raffaele both of Muskegon, MI. She was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Deal. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
