Clyde “Duke”‘s Obituary Clyde “Duke” Wilson Caviness, Jr., 47 of Woodstock, Georgia, passed away on January 13, 2019. He was born in Pulaski, VA on January 13, 1972 and was a 1991 graduate of Smithsburg High School in Smithsburg, MD. He was preceded in death by uncles Roger Quesenberry and Robert Quesenberry.

Survivors include his wife, Christine Caviness of the home; children, Clyde Joseph Caviness and Jennifer Rose Caviness both of Woodstock, GA; parents, Clyde and Carolyn Moore Caviness of Cascade, MD; brother, James Howard Caviness and wife, Rita of Fairview, PA; and numerous other family and friends. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Glenwood Methodist Church in Barren Springs with Rev. Eddie Dalton officiating.

Burial will follow in the Stillwell Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM prior to the funeral service. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
