Obituary for Clyde Edward Null Mr. Clyde Edward Null, age 77, of Pounding Mill, VA passed Tuesday morning, April 10, 2018 at Heritage Hall Nursing Home in Tazewell, VA following a lengthy illness. Clyde was born in February 9, 1941, at Rowe, VA. He was the son of the late Everett Lee, and Lona Gladys Jackson Null.

He was a graduate of Garden High School Class of 1959 and a graduate of Bluefield State College in Bluefield, WV. Clyde was a member of the Cedar Bluff Community Church, where he served as deacon, Sunday school teacher, music director and sang in the church choir. Clyde was also an ordained minister.

Clyde spent many years in the banking industry and insurance business in Richlands, VA. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by, three brothers, James Null, Cecil Null, and Donald V. Null; and one sister, Betty Null. He is survived by: His wife of fifty-eight years, Shirley Jean Boyd Null of Pounding Mill, VA Son, Steve Null of Princeton, WV Grandchildren: Kala Null Davis and husband, Adam of Cedar Bluff, VA Kristopher Null and wife, Elizabeth of Johnson City, TN Great Grandchild, Ivy-Bryn Davis of Cedar Bluff, VA Sister, Shirley Shinnaberry and husband, Jim of Waynesboro, VA Brother, Charles Null and wife, Dorothy Clevinger Null of Eagle Rock, VA Sister in law, Rosa Lee Null of Richlands, VA Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Clyde will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him. The funeral service for Clyde Null will be conducted at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 13, 2018 at the Hurst-Scott funeral chapel in Richlands, VA with the Pastor Richard Smith officiating. Interment will follow at the Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, Virginia.
