Beaver, Pennsylvania – Clyde Pennybaker, Jr., 89, of East Liverpool passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Beaver, PA following a brief illness. Clyde was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on March 21, 1929 a son of the late Clyde and Carrie Lowers Pennybaker, Sr. Clyde was a graduate of East Liverpool High School class of 1948. He was an Army veteran proudly serving his country during the Korean War.

Clyde was a technician with Babcock and Willcox Research Division until his retirement in March of 1991. Clyde was a member of the Longs Run Trinity Presbyterian Church and East Liverpool High School Alumni Association. Clyde was preceded in death by his wife Margery J. (McVay) Pennybaker; three sisters Lucille Jones, Flossie Diddle and Ruth Beach and four brothers Lawrence, Ray, Renzie and Richard Pennybaker.

Surviving are his loving niece Pat Troy who has graciously helped him through the years. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Friends may visit Saturday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Rev.

Timothy Bauler of Longs Run Trinity Presbyterian Church will conduct a funeral service Saturday 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Columbiana County Memorial Park. Immediately following the service, friends and family will gather at the Longs Run Trinity Presbyterian Church for fellowship.
