Obituary for Codie Rulo Codie E. Rulo-Soucy Rulo-Soucy, Codie E. of Dittmer, Missouri, was born May 14, 1990, in St. Louis, Missouri to Scott Rulo and Cheryl (nee Stearns) Soucy and entered into rest Monday, May 14, 2018 at the age of 28 years. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Opal and Lyman Stearns. She is survived by her parents, Cheryl (Steven) Soucy and Scott (Stephanie) Rulo, Grandparents, Betty and Leroy Rulo, three (3) sisters, Stephanie Rufkar, Jackie Soucy and Kathy two (2) brothers, Scott Rulo Jr. and Ryan Dunn, and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, family and friends.

Codie enjoyed riding street bikes; she rode with the Midwest Outlaws. Codie like going to mud runs with her dad and friends. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
