Obituary for Collin Dale Turner Collin Dale Turner (19) of West Chester, OH, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019. He was born in Ft. Thomas, KY on September 27, 1999, son of Lonnie (Jessica) Turner and Carlotta (Tom Owens) Piastrelli.

Collin was a member of Turner’s Creek Church of Christ and attended Jefferson Community College in Louisville, KY. In addition to his parents Collin is survived by brothers Bailey Faeth, Ashton Turner, Kacey Jones, Zack Funston, Blake Funston, Carstin Turner, Grandmother Cora Mary Turner, Great Grandmother Franca (Dan) Fischer and Great Grandfather Bo (Mabel) Smith. Preceded in death by Grandmother Ramona Hesler and Grandfather Lonnie Turner.

Visitation will be held from 11-4pm Saturday, February 9, 2019 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Funeral service will be held at 1pm, Sunday, February 10, 2019 also at the funeral home. Collin’s final resting place will be at Riverside Cemetery in Falmouth, KY.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children’s Hospital.
