Connie Ann Fizer, 58, of Kingwood died Monday, March 4, 2019 at J.W. Ruby Hospital with loving family by her side. She was born July 1, 1960, in Kingwood, a daughter of the late Franklin Donald and Mary Lou Auvil Moats. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

She loved cooking and baking, She did child care, enjoyed her children, grandchildren and the love of her life Willie. She attended the Kingwood Apostolic Church. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Willie M. Fizer, Jr; her son, Timothy Jay Fizer and wife, Candida; her daughter, Penny Jane Fizer and companion Corey Schaffer; two brothers, Franklin D. Moats, Jr and wife, Tressa and Steve Allen Moats and wife Deborah; two sisters, Rose Mary Slaubaugh and Deborah Lee Slaubaugh; five grandchildren, Timothy Jay Fizer, Jr., Natalie Faith Fizer, Bo Matheny Fizer, Bella Marie Fizer and Mia Katherine Ann Schaffer; seven step children and 15 step grandchildren; 10 nieces and nephews and eighteen great nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends at Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood, on Thursday, March 7, from 2-8pm, where services will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 2pm. Interment will follow in the Mausoleum at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
