Connie Henry, age 76, of Chrisman, IL, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018, at Paris Healthcare Center. Connie was born September 23, 1941, to Harold W. and Jane (Sutfin) Thomas, in Robinson, IL. She married James L. Henry on July 19, 1965, he survives.

Connie was a member of the Chrisman American Legion Auxiliary, and an avid Cubs fan. She owned and operated Henry’s Flower Shop with her family in Chrisman for 35 years. She enjoyed playing Bingo, and dearly loved her grandchildren and… Read More » great-grandchildren.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother: Michael Thomas. She is survived by her husband; four children: Gina (Tom) Mitchell of Chrisman, IL; Karyn (John) Lynch of Port St. Lucie, FL; Tom (Candice) Hoult of Chrisman, IL; and Jami (Greg) Hollingsworth of Sullivan, IN; one sister: Lisa Campbell; seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held Monday, June 18, 2018, at 1:00 p.m., with visitation for two hours prior, beginning at 11:00 a.m. For those who wish, memorials may be made to Edgar County D.O.
