Obituary for Connie Soule Connie Soule, 67 of Harrisburg, Nebraska passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018 at her home. Her funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 17, 2018 10:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Scottsbluff with Pastor Craig Collins officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill (Hull) Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday from 1-7 pm at Gering Memorial Chapel. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society. Tributes of sympathy may be left at www.
geringchapel.com. Connie was born on September 15, 1950 to Darrel and Maxine (Watson) Harvey. She received her early education in Banner County schools in Harrisburg, graduating from Banner County High School.
She attended airline school in Denver, Cosmetology School in Gering. Connie married Jerry Soule on August 17, 1968 at Hull Church and made their home in Banner County. She worked at Platte Valley Livestock.
She worked for the Banner County School District as a bus driver for 31 years. She worked with Helberg/Nuss Auction since 1991 as clerk. She loved to cross stitch, crafting, gardening and most of all following her grandchildren’s activities.
She was the most proud of her grandkids. Connie is survived by her husband of 49 years Jerry Soule of Banner County; son and daughter-in-law Wade and Kimberly (Hessler) Soule of Gering and their children Wyatt and Katie Beth; daughter and son-in-law Kim (Soule) and Trevor Petsch of Meriden, WY and their children Tanner, Riley, and Gillian Petsch; brother and sister-in-law Bob and Sharon Harvey of McCook, NE; brothers-in-law Kevin (Janet) Soule of Banner County and Randy Soule of Cheyenne, WY; nephews Dale (Shelley) Harvey, Shawn (Heidi) Harvey, Brenton Soule, Ryan Soule, and Blake Soule; nieces Linda Harvey (Donna Wellsandt), Lindsey Soule, and Marie Soule; and numerous cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends. Connie was preceded in death by her mother Maxine (Watson) Harvey and father Darrel Harvey.
