Connie Virginia Day, 81, of Zanesville, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019. Connie was born August 29, 1937 to the late Charles W. and Virginia E. (Redman) Green. In addition to her parents, Connie is also preceded in death by her daughter, Portia Lorraine Day; and sister, Pearl White.

Connie leaves behind to cherish her memory, her grandsons, Corey King and Andre Hodge; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Charlene, Patricia and Linda; brothers, Charles and Timothy; and a host of other family and friends. Connie enjoyed relaxing in her free time, watching her favorite T.V. programs. She was known to love sweet foods, especially donuts.

Above all else, she loved her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed. You may call on the family Monday, January 14, 2019 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m., at Burrell Funeral Services.

Cremation will follow. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
