Memorial service for Constance Sue “Connie” (Evans) Whitehead, age 66, of Decatur, will be Friday, February 22, 2019, 1:00 p.m. at The Church at Stone River. Her family will receive friends for two hours prior to service. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Mrs. Whitehead, who died Monday, February 18, 2019, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born April 15, 1952, in Decatur, to Bill Evans and Marjorie Sue (Mills) Evans Martin. She worked as receptionist for Decatur ENT Associates. She is survived by her loving husband, Larry C. Whitehead of Decatur; one son, Donnie Whitehead of Decatur; one daughter, April Brown (Omar) of Decatur; and seven grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial donations be made to Hospice of the Valley or The Church at Stone River.
