Corma (Carma) Rae Taylor Nicholas, 74, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2018 after a long battle with Parkinson’s. She was born in Delta, Utah on October 30, 1944 to parents Loren Burgess Taylor and Effie May (King) Taylor. She enjoyed many hobbies, which included quilting, crocheting, embroidery, drawing, reading, writing stories, working on crossword puzzles, regular puzzles and playing Scrabble.

Corma loved to travel and especially enjoyed visiting Yellowstone. She also made awesome bread and rolls. She spent her life loving to learn and continued her education for many years.

This education included getting her EMT license as well as her CNA. She worked for over 20 years as a caring certified nursing assistant in Clearfield, Delta, and Malad, Idaho. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and fulfilled many callings throughout her life.

She is survived by her husband Charles, her sons Robert (Christy), and Roger (SueLynn), her daughters Darling (Jerry) Didericksen, Cammy (Todd) Nielsen, and Mindy. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, as well as a sister Darlene.

The family would like to thank the caregivers of both the Tremonton and Logan Utah care facilities for the care of their mother. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Tremonton Third Ward Chapel, 9590 N. 6800 W., Tremonton, Utah. Friends may call Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the church and Tuesday from 9-9:45 a.m. also at the church.

Her final resting place will be the Delta, Utah Cemetery, 450 E. 750 N., Delta, Utah where graveside dedication will be held at 3:30 p.m. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at www.
