Crystal Cook, 40, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 in St. Louis. Crystal was born May 5, 1978 in Sedalia, MO to Bryan Cook and Tracy Todd. Crystal was employed by Hackett’s Hot Wings in Joplin.

Crystal is survived by her parents; one daughter, Savannah Gallager; one brother, Travis Landis; two sisters, Stephanie Jones and Faith Cook; grandmother, Ethel Landis; her dear friend, Sarah Wolfe, along with numerous other family members and loved ones. Crystal was preceded in death by one brother, Wade cook. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Ulmer Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Webb City Cemetery in Webb City, MO. Online condolences may be made at www. ulmerfh.com.
