Dale J. Otto 79 of Jeannette died Monday December 17, 2018 at home. She was born January 10, 1939 in Roanoke, VA a daughter of Irene (Harden) Rankin Ravigone and her step father Angelo Ravigone. She was a member of the Alliance Church of Jeannette and Seton Hill Senior Center.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters Judith Miller Weaver and Sara Kathleen Kruezberger. She is survived by her husband Joseph M. Otto, two daughters Diana M. Otto of Penn Twp, and Bonnie L. Morgan of Irwin, five grandchildren Ephraim R. Morgan and his wife Jen, Shana L. Gage and her husband Jim, Danielle Morgan, Evelyn Morgan and Cassie Kocsis, six great grandchildren Anna, Alillya, Elyncia, Brynlee, Dakota and Austin and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Wednesday from 6-8 PM in the Mason-Gelder Funeral Home Inc. 201 N. First St. Jeannette, PA.

Services will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM in the funeral home with Pastor David Gilmore officiating. Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont. To send online condolences visit www.
