Obituary for Dallas Wallace Dallas Wade Wallace, age 79, of Dover, TN, passed away Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Curahealth Hospital in Nashville, TN. He was born March 16, 1939 in Dover, TN, to Bazzie and Ilene Wallace. T/Sgt.

Ret. Wallace served 21 years in our military, 13 years in the US Army and 9 in the US Air Force. He also retired from Jersey Minire Zinc Plant.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sisters Fannie Thomas, Lizzie Voight, Jeannette Duncan, and brothers, Vernon Wallace, Allen Wallace, and Charlie Wallace, as well as many step-brothers and step-sisters. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Violet Hicks Wallace, son Jeff Wallace (Dover), daughter, Jennifer Newberry (Dover), grandson, Joe Newberry (Dover), sisters, Dean Oxier (Toronto, OH), Judy McNeal (New Johnsonville, TN), and brothers, Billy Wallace (Leesville, NC), Archie Wallace (Dover, TN). The funeral service will be held at 10am on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro.

Steve Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8pm on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Anglin Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Smith, Randy Compton, Russ Keatts, Deryk Wyatt, Van Herndon, Jerry Largent. Arrangements are entrusted to Anglin Funeral Home.
