He was preceded in death by his mother: Nancy Carolyn Parott Mulkey. Surviving are his father and step-mother: Daniel F. and Peggy Mulkey, sister Anita Needham and husband: Kevin, nephew and niece Matt Needham and Kristi Needham, and great-niece: Madyson Needham.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Ford-Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Jamie Hadaway and Pastor Ricky Adams officiating. The family will receive friends 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
