Darius Solomon-John Hill went to be with the angels on December 30, 2018 in Brockton Massachusetts. Darius was born on July 29, 2017 to Amanda Lee (Clark) Hill and Samuel Paul Hill Jr in Augusta Maine. Darius had been born premature and with a Congenital Heart defect (CHD).

Darius was also born with Prader Willi Syndrome. Due to his condition the family had to move to the Boston area to be near the Boston Children’s Hospital. Darius was a trooper through it all.

He enjoyed being with his mom and dad, playing with his brothers, listing to music, and watching the Bruins. He loved going on family trips. He was just so happy to be with his family.

He always had a great time. He was quick to smile at you once he realized you were not there to poke or examine him. He was a daddy’s boy!

The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses that cared for Darius at the Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital and the Boston Children’s Hospital, the physical therapists, and especially the home care nurses. Darius is survived by his Mom and Dad, brothers Bryce and Triton (with whom he shared a heart zipper with), His Paternal Great Grandmother Ruth Murphy, Maternal Grandmother Patricia Riley, and Paternal Grandparents Sharlene and Samuel P Hill Sr., his Uncles Chris Clark and Shane Hill, Aunt Eliza Kelsey and her husband Matthew. And as well as many cousins, great aunts and uncles.

Arrangements are by the Dahlborg MacNevin Funeral Home at 647 Main St, Brockton, MA. There will be a viewing from 2 pm to 4:30 pm with a service at 4:30 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend.
