Darline Mae Miller, 67, lifetime Lapeer resident, died Thursday March 7, 2019 surrounded by family. She was born on August 1, 1951, just up the road from where she currently lived, to parents Richard and Ada (Stover) Judd. Darline married Donald D. Miller on August 6, 1969 in Maysville, Kentucky.

Mrs. Miller enjoyed her gardens, reading, taking pictures and watching her birds. She was just an active person. Darline loved going to the casino.

Bottom line was her family, there are especially good memories surrounding family camping trips. They will miss her. She is survived by her husband of 49 years: Don, children: Duane Miller of Lapeer; Denise (Michael) Shaffer of Lapeer; Dennis (Ann) Miller of Lapeer, grandchildren: Zoie; Samantha; Ayrton; Chaz; Sierra; Maxine; Juleea; Emma, great-granddaughter: Shyla, brothers: Richard (Amber) Judd; Albert (Nan) Judd as well as many extended family members.

Per Darline’s own wishes; cremation has been entrusted to Muir Brothers Funeral Home, Lapeer. Private services will be held.
