Darryl “Danny” Dedmon, 33, of Yorktown, passed away on Monday, September 10, 2018 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital. Danny was born March 24, 1985 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a 2004 graduate of Southside High School.

He enjoyed playing video games and card games. Danny is survived by his natural parents, Darryl Dedmon and Eileen Dedmon; his foster mother and aunt, Teresa Smith; his siblings, Randy Smith, Steve Smith, Kenny Smith, Christina Maggart, Jason Smith, Jeremy Smith, and Rebekah Bratton; two aunts, Brenda Hudgens Fritz and Cynthia Hudgens; and two uncles, Rod Dedmon and Daryl Hudgens. Danny was preceded in death by his foster father, Willie Smith; and his uncle, Michael Dedmon.
