Mr. Barnett was born October 15, 1962 in Hope, Arkansas to Delter and Alice Barnett. He enjoyed weight lifting and body building.

Darryl was a musician and played the tuba and baritone. Mr. Barnett was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by one son, Brandon Strong; one daughter, Brandi Strong; three brothers, Mike Barnett and wife, Terri of Bossier City, LA; Bill Barnett also of Bossier City; and Dean Barnett and wife, Dawn of Keithville, LA; and two grandchildren, Eliza O’Con and Scarlett Cunningham.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Bradley, AR with Rev. Gladney Hunt officiating under the direction of Smith Funeral Homes of Stamps, AR. Online registration is available at www.
