Daune “Charlene” G. Todd April 29, 1954 – April 30, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Daune “Charlene” G. Todd, 65, of Pelham, AL passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. She was a member of Green Valley Baptist Church in Hoover. Charlene retired from Birmingham City School System with over 25 years of service.

She was a member of Alabama Council for the blind. Charlene was a former member of Midfield City School Board of Education. “She was the best wife a man could ever have, devoted mother and proud Charlie”.

Charlene is survived by her husband of 43 1/2 years, Ed Todd; her sons, Christopher (Suzanne) Todd and Jeffery (Jennifer) Todd; her grandchildren, Jessie, Falon, Christopher, Benjamin and Hallie Todd; her brother, Damon A. “Tony” (Teresa) Gentry and her sister, Delma (Ricky) Boozer. Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, Stuart & Emma Gentry and her brother, Bradford Gentry.
