St.Clair, Dave R., of House Springs, Missouri was born November 14, 1938, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Melvin St Clair and Elizabeth (nee McCormick) Gillespie and entered into rest, Wednesday, February 6th, 2019 at the age of 80 years, 2 months, and 23 days. He is preceded in death by, his parents, three grand children, Alaina C Butler, Brendyn Butler and Alexa V Rae Butler, and sister Francis Rivera, He is survived by, His wife Darlene (nee Kaseberg) St.Clair, Four (4) Children, Desiree D. (Mike) St. Clair, Shane T. St. Clair, Angelique F. (John David) Wright, Troy C. (Lori) St. Clair, Seven (7) Grand Children, Grayson Wright, Luke Wright, Anna Wright, Charlee St. Clair, Caitlyn St. Clair, Nathan St. Clair, Madison St. Clair, Two (2) Siblings, Doreen Aiken, Jimmy Gillespie, and many other family and friends. Dave was a very active and loving father.

He joined the Air Force in 1955, where he taught dance and art appreciation. He traveled with the service and was stationed in Goose Bay Labradore where he met Darlene “Dee” Kaseberg. He felt he married her in 1961 but was actually married 1963.

They were just shy of celebrating 56 years in marriage. Dave continued to teach electronics starting at South County Technical High School. He then worked at Union Electric, now Ameren, as a safety trainer for several years.

He went to Washington University where he completed his Bachelors of Technology in Computer Sciences in 1984. When he retired he continued to work part time at Schaffer Hobby shop in Sunset Hills teaching and assisting customers with RC airplanes and boats. He traveled with Dee all over the United States, visiting national parks, children and other friends.

Throughout his life he was constantly building radio control cars, airplane, trains, boats and robots. He was the president of the Admirals Boat Club and member of the MENSA Society. He really enjoyed his family, dogs, ice cream and movies.

He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Memorial services to follow at a later date. I lieu of flowers, please send donations to Feed My People in High Ridge MO.
