Grimm, Jacob Alexander, of Dittmer, Missouri was born September 11, 1997, in Saint Louis, Missouri, to Kurt and Mary (nee Robinson) Grimm and entered into rest, Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the age of 21 years, 6 months and 17 days. He is survived by his parents Kurt and Mary Grimm, six (6) siblings, Kathryn Grimm, Allison Grimm, Rebecca Grimm, John Grimm, Thomas Grimm and Luke Grimm, two (2) grandparents, Dorothy Robinson and Mary Barbara Grimm, seven (7) aunts and uncles, Eric (Cheryl) Grimm, Pat (Barb) Robinson, Cathy (Myles) Donnelly, Amy (Steve) Kosta, Jim (Brenda) Robinson, Joey Robinson and Julie (Chris) Hollander, twenty three (23) cousins, many other family and friends. It is with heavy hearts that we share this tragic news.

Our son, Jacob lost his fight with addiction last night. If it were not for our unwavering faith in God, we could never endure this devastation. These past few years, addiction waged an unrelenting war on Jacob’s soul.

But through it all, he continued to love and affect so many peoples’ lives. We find peace in knowing that God has Jacob in the palm of his hand. He is not just in a better place, but a beautiful place where he can finally be himself.

A place where evil and self doubt do not exist. You will be missed Jacob, and know that not even death can separate you from our love. ~Mom, Dad, Katy, Ally, Becca, John, Tom, and Luke Visitation Sunday, March 31, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri.
