David M. Bryan, age 82, passed away January 12, 2019 at Risen Son Christian Village. He was born in Onawa, Iowa on December 11, 1936 to the late Leonard and Ethel (Haynie) Bryan. David graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School with the class of 1955 and then proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

He retired from Central States of Omaha Insurance and was a member of Saint John Lutheran Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his infant… brother, Lonnie. David is survived by his wife of 57 years, Jeanne Bryan; daughter, Kim Bryan; son, Scott Bryan (Cindy); grandchildren, Amanda and Taylor Bryan; siblings, Norman Bryan (Arlene), Carolyn Doughman (Jerry) and Lenny Bryan (Mary Ann); a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Interment is in Omaha National Cemetery.

The family will direct memorials.
