David S. Kuzminski, 56, of Lander, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018, at UPMC Presbyterian. David was born on October 10, 1961 and is the son of Edward and MaryJoe (Smith) Kuzminski. David was a graduate of Eisenhower High School and worked for Ethan Allen for many years.

Along with his father, David his survived by his daughter, Katie Smith; his brothers, Edward (Cathy) Kuzminski, and Dean (Tara) Kuzminski; his granddaughters, Anne Bell, Aiden and Ashton Smith; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, David is preceded in death by his brother, Jim Kuzminski. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America, 505 Eighth Ave.
