David L. ‘Homer’ Huff, age 63, of South Salem, passed unexpectedly on Saturday, September 29, 2018. Born on June 18, 1955, in Washington Court House, he was the son of the late Harold and Polly (Slone) Huff. David worked as an equipment operator for MidOhio for several years.

He was a phenomenal gardener and enjoyed sharing his produce with friends and family. David was a happy-go-lucky person and he exuded loved to everyone around him. David leaves behind two sisters: Ruby (Bill) Kessler and Audrey Eagle, and a brother, Ray Huff, all of Sabina.

Also left to cherish his memory is a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by two older brothers and an infant sibling. Family and friends may gather, at White Oak Grove Cemetery, for a graveside remembrance of David’s life on Thursday, October 11, 2018, at 2pm.
