David was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas and Dorothy Russell, and James and Edith Taylor. He leaves to cherish his memories, his parent, David and Rhonda Taylor; sister Kayla Camille Taylor; aunts, Kathi Russell, Christine Huff (Jerome); uncles, Keith Russell, John Jackson (Peggy), Edwin Taylor (Brenda), Tyrone Taylor (Paulette) and Wilbert Taylor, all of Richmond, VA.

He is also survived by his great aunts, Barbara Mae Allen of Ridgeway, NC, Bettie Wilson of Baltimore, MD and great uncles, Marmaduke “Duke” Plummer (Berthel) of Richmond, VA and Willie Russell (Bettie) of Snellville, GA; devoted cousins, and a host of family and friends. Remains rest at Mimms Funeral Home, 1827 Hull Street. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday March 20, 2019 at St. Paul’s Baptist Church, 4247 Creighton Rd.

, where remains will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Interment Maury Cemetery.
