David Lawrence Scott 77 of Streetsboro passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018. He was born October 4, 1941 in East Liverpool, Ohio to Donald and Eva (Moore) Scott. David was a US Army veteran, retired after 50 + years as a foreman at Swagelok, a member of the Scottish Rite, Al Koran Shriners International Charity for Shriners Hospitals for Children and a huge Cleveland Sports Fan of the Indians, Browns and Cavaliers.

Survivors include his children Julie Diaz (Scott), Laura Scott, Evamaria Scott and Amy Scott, 5 grandchildren and siblings Jean Smith, Donna Hanlon and Bill Scott. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Alice Monte, Tom Scott, Terry Scott and Shirley Westover. Calling hours will be from 12 until time of funeral service at 2 PM Friday, December 28, 2018 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel.

Reverend William Snyder will officiate. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Streetsboro. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Big Brothers & Big Sisters, 705 Oakwood Street #103, Ravenna, OH 44266.
