“Soon and very soon, we are going to see the King, Hallelujah, Hallelujah we’re going to see the King” Our beloved, David Lee Higgins, of 119 Zack Circle, Elizabeth City, NC, after 80 long BLESSED and WONDERFUL years on this side, made his transition to that promised home beyond the skies, on the morning of Sunday, October 7, 2018 at his residence. Although this most precious and dear Higgins family will miss him on this physical side, there is no doubt in our mind, if Mr. Higgins was ready to walk with the King. Arrangements are pending at this time.

Final Care and Compassionate Services are being provided with dignity and comfort to the Higgins and connected families by the Final Care Professionals at Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations.
