Obituary for David Matthew Thomas David M. Thomas, of Pittsgrove, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 13, 2018. David attended Kingsway High School and culinary school. After having various jobs, he returned to his love for cooking and became an excellent chef.

His latest employment was at the Franklinville Inn which he loved and was very proud of. David loved being with his family, fishing, on his brother’s boat and Philadelphia sports. Mostly he was an avid Eagles fan and we thank God he was here to watch them win the Super Bowl last year.

We all love and miss him so much but we know he is in heaven with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who he always talked about and loved. He is survived by his daughter, Brittany Thomas; parents, Gerald and Shirley Thomas; brothers, Gerald, Jr. (Ann Marie), Douglas (Karen), and Mark (fiancé Maggie); nephews and nieces, J.T., Brian, Kimberly, Taylor, Doug, Jr., Kirsten, Adan, and Natalia; great nieces and nephews, Layla, Max, Tegan, and Ricky A private family Celebration of Life will be held at the Thomas residence, 39 Porchtown Road, Pittsgrove, NJ. Arrangements are under the direction of McBride-Foley Funeral Home, Paulsboro.
