He is preceded in death by his father Richard James Hume, brothers Richard Hume Jr. and James H. Hume and step father Donald E. Parkinson. Survivors include his loving mother Ann F. Parkinson, nephew Christopher M. Thede, step sisters Isabel Parkinson and Annabel Roman; and other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will begin on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park South.
