Obituary for Glen Scott Word Glen Scott Word went to be with the Lord on June 24, 2018, at the age of 46. He was born on November 22, 1971 in San Antonio, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents, Glen and Sharron Word.

Glen is survived by his wife of 21 years, Kathy Word; children, Christopher, Cassandra and Charles Word; in laws, Wayne and Joan Kunkler; brother, Billy Word; 2 nephews, Matthew and Jonathan Word; 2 uncles, Jimmy and Owen Hethcock; brother-in-law, Keith Kunkler and extended family members and friends. Glen worked for HEB at several locations for 25 years. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed being outdoors.

Glen will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Mission Park South.
