David Tom Evans, 84, of North Tonawanda, NY, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2018 at Northgate Health Care Facility, while under the care of Niagara Hospice. Born on September 14, 1934 in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late David T. and Emmi (Buck) Evans. Mr. Evans attended schools in Boston and earned a degree from the former Burdett College of Business and Shorthand.

David proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, during the Korean Conflict, from November 13, 1952, until his honorable discharge on November 12, 1955. He was employed as a salesman, working for several companies throughout his career. In addition to his parents, Mr. Evans was predeceased by his wife, Shirley “Ann” (Wilcox) Evans and a sister, Daisy Cook.

David is survived by children, Deborah Kucharski and David (Catherine) Evans, III; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. All services are private. Arrangements are under the direction of Michael R. Goodlander of OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME.
