Winston-Salem- Ms. Deborah Fulk Tester, 68, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at her residence. She was born November 8, 1950 in Forsyth County, the daughter of Cletus and Vivian “Dink” Keiger Fulk. She was a graduate of Mt.

Tabor High School and worked in Home Healthcare as a CNA. An energetic person; she loved being at the coast, enjoyed gardening and loved to look after the elderly. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her brother, D. Thad Fulk of High Point; two aunts; many cousins and her dear friend, Patti. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, February 18, 2019 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Robin Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park.
