Deborah’s Obituary Deborah June Monroe Summers was born July 17, 1965 to June and Albert Monroe in Chicago, Illinois. She passed away on January 22, 2019 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, MS. She graduated with the highest honors in 11 years from Iuka High School and was a member of the band and played multiple sports.

She loved and enjoyed writing poetry, reading her bible, and riding Harleys. She enjoyed her time spent with family, especially her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her mother, June Monroe and her father, Albert Monroe (Pam); her children, Chris Rast (Heather) of Jackson, MS, Crystal Harvey (Mike) of Iuka, MS, and Cody Hayes (Janette) of Iuka, MS; her brother, Shane Monroe of Corinth, MS; her grandchildren, Haley Bunns, Emmalee Bunns, Kamo Harvey, Aydon Hayes, Trenton Hayes, and Jordynne Hayes. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Edith and Curtis James, Howard and Myrtle Watson, Emmitt and Earlene Monroe, and her brother, Jim Monroe. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements.

Visitation is scheduled for 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, January 26, 2019, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Funeral services are scheduled for 12:00 p.m., Sunday, January 27, 2019, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Billy Glover.

Pallbearers will be Ellis South, Greg Burns, Shane Monroe, Jay Goodman, Jason Berryhill, and Scottie James. An online guest book may be accessed at www. cutshallfuneralhome.com.
