Alfred “AJ”‘s Obituary Alfred Junior “AJ” Comer, 73, of Iuka, MS, died Saturday, February 23, 2019, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Iuka. Alfred enjoyed hunting, fishing, and repairing vehicles. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Alfred was a 32nd Degree Mason and a member of the Vertagreen 919 Lodge in Cherokee, AL. Funeral services are scheduled for 3:00 p.m., Monday, February 25, 2019, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Matthew Dillard, Logan Comer, Garrett Bond, Robert Patrick, L.C. Gilchrist, and Robbie Comer. Visitation is scheduled for 11:00 until 3:00 p.m., Monday, February 25, 2019, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Lambert Comer; his mother, Frances Comer; his daughters, Madonna Dillard and Andrea Davis (Brad); his son, Wade Comer (Sandy); his sister, Mary Lay Honeycutt (Dan); his brothers, Jerry Ray Comer (Faye) and Doyle Comer; his grandchildren, Matthew Dillard, Logan Comer, Shawna Guthrie (Barron), Kaylee Comer, Bradley Gallagher, Garrett Bond (Megan), Dylan Davis, and Cole Davis; his great grandchildren, Austin Guthrie, Memphis Guthrie, Maison Guthrie, Rayden Bond, and Gatlin Bond; and his special friends, Robert Patrick and L.C. Gilchrist. He was preceded in death by his father, Alfred Comer; and his granddaughter, Chastinie Nicole Comer. An online guestbook can be accessed at www.
