Obituary Debra E. Simms, 58, of Gallipolis passed away on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Meigs County Emergency Room in Middleport, Ohio. . Born on May 30, 1960 in Delaware, Ohio, Debra was the daughter of Charles Ted Glassburn, who survives her in Bidwell, and the late Bernice Meek Glassburn.

In addition to her mother, Debra was preceded in death by her sister, Teresa Glassburn. Debra retired from the Bob Evans Sausage Plant. She was a member of Garden of My Heart Holy Tabernacle in Bidwell, Ohio.
