Miller, Debra Kay, 65, passed away peacefully Monday, March 18, 2019 with her family by her side. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed. She is survived by her husband of 40 years Gary Miller; sons, William Pepper (Marquita), Leslie Miller (Crystal) and John Miller (Michelle); daughter, Amanda Downing; grandchildren, Morgan Pepper, Logan Pepper, Peyton Miller, Korben Miller, Leslie Miller, Bailey Downing, Justin Downing, Destiny Geiger, Sean Geiger and Carlie Miller; great granddaughter, Delilah Elam.

A celebration of her life will be held Friday, March 22, 2019 from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Ratterman Keenan Southwest Chapel, 4832 Cane Run Road to visit with her family. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Debra Kay Miller please visit our Sympathy Store.
