Obituary for Deloris Marie (Gill) Jackson Deloris Marie Jackson of Kennewick left us October 12, 2018 to be with the Lord and family who have gone before her. Born on March 2, 1928 in Lookout, West Virginia to William E. and Jay (Beaver) Gill. The family moved to Kennewick in 1941.

She married Joseph Jackson in 1943. They raised four children and several foster children. Deloris had many interests and hobbies over the years, hospital volunteer, sewing, quilting, traveling, making friends wherever she went.

Those who went before her – husband, Joseph Jackson; second husband, Lewis Larson; brothers, Bill Gill, Roy Gill, Thomas Westfall, George Westfall. Sister, Mary Samsel and by her most loved daughter, Alice Hanson. She is survived by daughter, Peggy (Vince) Selzler of Longview, Washington, son-in-law, David Hanson of Kennewick, son, Joseph (Judy) Jackson of Kennewick, daughter, Teresa (Bruce) Wallace of Richland.

8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Deloris will be missed by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Chaplaincy Hospice Care.

Services at Mueller’s Tri-Cities Funeral Home on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 2:00 PM. Interment to follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park. Following the graveside, there will be a reception at West Highland United Methodist Church, 17 S. Union in Kennewick.
