Dennis Lee Blake, a resident of Henryetta passed away Monday, May 14th, 2018 in Muskogee at the age of 64. He was born November 11, 1953 in Henryetta to Albert Blake Jr. and Maudine (Hensley) Blake. Dennis was a proud veteran serving in the United States Army.

He worked as a radiographer in the pipeline industry for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother Danny Hensley. Dennis is survived by three children, Amber Davis of Smiley, Texas; Kelly Baker of Oklahoma City; Joseph Blake & wife Joanie of Wilburton; Ten grandchildren as well as a host of friends and other relatives.

In accordance with Dennis’s wishes, there are no services planned.
